The Arts and Humanities Research Council (AHRC) Fellowships in the Creative and Performing Arts scheme aims to support artists* as research fellows within a higher education environment. It provides for the salary of the fellow and associated costs. Fellowships can be held for either 2 or 3 years full time, or for five years at either 0.4 or 0.6 FTE.
* By artists, the AHRC is referring to visual artists, performers, musicians, creative writers, poets, and other producers of original creative work.
The next closing date for applications to the AHRC Fellowships in the Creative and Performing Arts will be 4pm on Thursday 28th September 2006.
