We are an open access printmaking studio, with facilities for a variety of techniques; we also run arts based courses and events. Ideally we would like to offer the space to a small creative business, who would like to be involved with an artistic community and benefit from a mutually supportive environment.
The space is on the ground floor, in our Victorian schoolhouse building, it is a large spacious room with gothic windows, wooden flooring and wonderful light. Access is from the front of the building on the main street in Mirfield, there is a disabled toilet on the same floor and a small kitchenette will be fitted before the summer in an adjacent room, (there is currently another kitchen area to use on the lower ground floor). Two large gothic windows look out onto the front of the building and could be used for signage/advertising.
Rent: £3,600pa (£300 per month) including electricity, gas and water rates
