Tinman Studios Proudly Presents Furious George

...and the quest for world domination!

Tinman Studios is a new Doncaster based theatre company who have created a rather different show (for Doncaster, at any rate)

We invite you to join us for the premier showing of Furious George at the Doncaster Civic Theatre 7.30pm on November 24th 2008

A chance to witness a small part of Doncaster's theatrical history in the making in this original musical comedy, using digital media, satirical comedy and a hint of musical theatre to create as how that has something for everyone.

`Doncaster might not be the most obvious home for a new satirical musical with a political edge – but we know that this town is full of surprises. We believe in Doncaster! We believe that it's ready for a night of brave, topical theatre. Theatre for anyone who's ever shouted at their TVs, for anyone who wants to know how the world got so dumb and for anyone who's still got some common sense left.

TinmanStudios created by two of Doncaster's own up coming local performers, whose previous works include, films for the BBC and Cannes Film Festivals, national and international theatre shows, who back at home after many nights in front of the box, after countless mugs of tea and Chinese takeaways decided… "Hey lets make a show of our own, right here!"

So we did! And after turning our attention to supporting original, live, good quality theatre within Doncaster, we now eagerly invite you do the same, come join us and show your support for a night of rare and witty theatre, right on your doorstep! After all, you can always tape Corrie!
