The ECCE network provides business consultancy, financial advice, information and training for small businesses, entrepreneurs and individuals in the cultural and creative sector.
These services are available via local resources centres operating in the cities of the ECCE network: Nantes, Rennes, Angers in France, Aachen in Germany, Eindhoven and Utrecht in Holland and CIDA in Huddersfield, UK.

The aim of this website is to provide relevant information to the creative practitioners on the
European level and to encourage the networking.
The ECCE network seeks to promote cultural and creative SMEs and encourage employment and
economic growth in this sector.
