Arts Council England are pleased to announce that the 2009 decibel Performing Arts Showcase,
will take place in Manchester from 15-19 September 2009.
The purpose of the decibel Performing Arts Showcase is to encourage diverse practice in the
performing arts sector. Produced with the support of x.trax, the 2009 showcase builds on the
achievements of the past showcases, providing the opportunity for artists and companies to present
their work to an international audience of promoters, artistic directors, producers and presenters
