We have managed to secure a free level 5 programme of development for you and your team
enabling you to develop and extend your skills in strategic management, performance management or
change management.
The programme will begin in October and a number of companies have already signed up. As
there are a limited number of places please contact us as soon as possible to express an interest.
The offer is open to employed individual in private, public and voluntary sector
organisations with up to 5000 employees . The offer is free funding for Director / Senior manager
level development - one per organisation and up to 3 members of your senior team
The programme is designed to minimise downtime away from the workplace and maximise benefits
to you and your company and blends online mentored learning with 2 x half day workshops. We are
offering the following selection of subject areas to suit your requirements including:
- Strategic management - L5
- Leading/managing change - L5
- Performance management - L4
- Note
- The definition of "Director" is fairly open and can include senior managers – particularly in
smaller organisations.
- The organisation has to undertake a simple training needs analysis before the programme
starts.
The programme runs in association with Knowledge Wealth (KW), a University of Cambridge
